My FTP Client says "Connection to the FTP Server could not be established"

Solution The most likely cause of this error message is that you are trying
to connect to www.livewebdj.com instead of ftp.livewebdj.com! Please
make sure you are connecting to ( ftp.livewebdj.com ).

The second cause is that your FTP Client is configured to use a
different authentication protocol than we support. At present, we
only support:

* FTP (Standard FTP Protocol) using port 21.

Make sure you have NOT selected:
1) SFTP (SSH File Transfer Protocol)
2) FTPS (FTP over implicit TLS/SSL)
3) FTPES (FTP over explicit TLS/SSL)

The third cause, is that your FTP Client has not been configured
to use "Passive" mode transfers. When setting up the server
profile for ftp.livewebdj.com, make sure that you look over all
options and you should see an option to use "Passive" mode instead
of "Active" mode.

If you still cannot connect to our FTP server, please submit a
ticket at our Support Desk at:
