How do I enable cross fading for my station?
Solution
To enable cross fading for your station, proceed with the following steps:
1) Login to your station at:
http://www.livewebdj.com
2) Click the "Server Profile" tab from the top navigation bar.
3) You will see a box towards the right-hand side of the screen that has a heading "Cross Fading"
4) You should see a box with a PayPal Subscribe button. Click the Subscribe button.
5) Once successful payment has been processed with PayPal, cross-fading will be enabled. Visit this page again every few minutes until it shows that "Cross Fading is Enabled". Once you see this, your station has been provisioned to a crossfading server.
IF YOU DO NOT SEE THE PAYPAL SUBSCRIBE BUTTON:
This means that our crossfade servers are at maximum capacity and cannot support additional stations at this time. Please feel free to create a Support Ticket at

and we will add you to our waiting list. We will also provide you with an ETA to provide this for you. Generally, you will not have to wait longer than a few weeks.
We maintain separate broadcasting servers for stations that utilize our crossfade technology. This is due to the fact that crossfading takes a considerable amount of CPU resources on the server that broadcasts your stream.
