Why aren't my station IDs being cross faded?
Solution
This happens if your station ID is under 10 seconds. If you have enabled cross fading, all station IDs must be at least 10 seconds.
This is because it needs 5 seconds for the fade-in time, and another 5 seconds for the fade out time... a total of 10 seconds.
We recommend that you have 3 seconds of silence at the beginning and 3 seconds of silence at the end of all station IDs. This will make your station sound more smooth when presenting a station ID.
If your station ID is under 10 seconds, the LiveWebDJ system will not cross fade the station ID.
