Why does my browser display "Page Cannot Be Displayed" when trying to upload a song?
Solution
There are a few reasons why this would be happening:
1) Your transfer was interrupted.
Your Internet connection was reset or off if even for even an
instant during the browser upload process.
2) Your transfer took too long.
Your Internet connection does not have enough UP-Link speed
to support uploading of larger files. Even though an MP3 song
is only a couple of minutes long on average, the total file
size can reach upwards of 3 - 5 MB (Mega-bytes). Even with
broadband speeds, a 3 - 5 MB file would take a few minutes
to upload.
Your ISP may limit your upload speeds! If this is the case,
when surfing the Internet, watching videos and downloading
large files may be very fast, however if your ISP limits your
UP-Link speed, then the upload process is taking too long and
our server may have terminated the connection.
3) Another program was accessing the file on your hard drive.
It is possible that if another program, such as an MP3 player
or file sharing program, was accessing the MP3 file on your
hard drive at the same time you were trying to upload. Some
programs create a "lock" on the file so it cannot be altered
while it is being accessed.
In either case, we recommend using the FTP Upload System. It is
located at:

Please note you must be logged in to access the FTP upload system.
Instructions are provided at the above link. Should you require
further information or instructions regarding the FTP upload
system please visit our "FTP Based Uploading" sub-category under
the "MP3 Uploading" category of this knowledgebase.
